These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our catering services, whether you are booking for private or corporate events. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
We provide catering services for a variety of events, including but not limited to private parties, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Our services include the preparation, delivery, and serving of food and beverages as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
Booking and Confirmation
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our online booking system.
- A booking is considered provisional until a deposit is received.
Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking.
- The deposit must be paid within 5 working days of the booking request.
Confirmation
- Once the deposit is received, you will receive a booking confirmation detailing the services, date, time, and any special requirements. This may be done in the form of an email or text message from one of our representatives.
Payment Terms
Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid on the event date.
Late Payment
- Late payments may incur a surcharge of 25% of the total amount due.
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received on time.
Payment Methods
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified in the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- You may incur a cancellation charge if notice is received within 72 hours of the event date.
Cancellation by Us
- In the unlikely event we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund of all payments received.
Changes to Booking
Amendments
- Any changes to the booking details must be requested in writing.
- We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or the ability to make changes within 3-5 days of the event depending on the complexity of the event.
Menu Changes
- Menu selections must be finalized no later than 3 days before the event. Changes after this date may not be accommodated.
Food and Beverage
Quality and Safety
- We adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- All food provided will be prepared and served in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Special Dietary Requirements
- Clients must inform us of any special dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
- We will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
Liability
Damage
- We are not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by our staff during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
